 Handling Policy Orders will usually be shipped within 1 to 3 business days depending on the availability of products in stock. No order will be processed during weekend days. Orders received after 4pm will be taken care of on the next business day.
Perishable Items Policy
At Canelle Fine Foods we made our reputation on the quality and the freshness of our products. In order to ensure our deliveries in perfect condition, orders containing fresh or frozen goods (perishable items) are packed in styrofoam boxes with dry ice bags. Such orders will automatically be shipped overnight to keep the temperature down.
Other Items
Orders not containing perishable products will be delivered using our carrier ground rate. Delivery time may take up to 5 days depending on weather conditions

We will keep you informed by email on the status of your order at each stage of the process, and you always have the possibility to consult your account online to track your packages at your convenience. We will also give you a tracking number so you can make sure you will be available at the date and time of delivery. We suggest that you inspect your items immediately to insure their condition.
